PRE ORDER

The Paula Torres Brand offers the option to pre-order on some of its styles that are not yet in stock. For the pre-order styles we typically ask 25 days to delivery. For our inventory in stock our standard is to ship your oder within 24 hours after your payment process is complete.

PRE ORDER PAYMENT

The payment will automatically be charged in full. Once confirmed, we will start working in your order and ship it directly to you.

PRE ORDER RETURN PROCESS

The pre-order orders follow the same criteria's of our Return Policy page. In case you need any help please visit our page or our Return Center to follow all of the instructions.
